There are a number of ways to get in touch with the Force or to report a crime. These are highlighted below.

An emergency situation is classed as one in which:
- Violence is being used or threatened
- There is a danger to life
- A crime is in progress or the offender has been recently disturbed
- A road accident with injuries has occurred
- A non-injury road accident has occurred and there is serious traffic congestion

We can accept information, including feedback about our performance or service, and details about incidents sent in by text.

If you wish to e-mail us with comments, information or requests for advice please send your message to servicecentre@grampian.pnn.police.uk
E-mails are forwarded on to the relevant department by Service Centre staff.
Crimestoppers
If you wish to provide information about an incident but wish to do so anonymously you can call Crimestoppers, which is a UK independent charity on 0800 555 111.
